Restaurang Kalcium is a rural fine-dining restaurant in an old dairy in Sankt Olof, near Kivik in Österlen. We serve seasonal tasting menus rooted in produce from Skåne and Österlen, with French craft at the backbone.
At Kalcium, we serve set menus only and do not offer à la carte. Choose four courses in The Dining Room, a longer tasting menu at Chef’s Table or a Long Lunch in Österlen worth a journey of its own.

Christmas lunch
Glögg and Christmas struva, herring and a warm Christmas plate. Settle in for an unhurried lunch with the flavours of Christmas.

Christmas produce and familiar flavours in nine courses. An evening around the table in the old dairy.
New Year at home
We cook and prepare; you add the finishing touches at home. A New Year menu to gather around as the year draws to a close.

Österlen Lyser in Sankt Olof.
On Friday, the village is lit with candles and the village association hosts a children’s light disco. On Saturday, the torch procession leads to the square for food and entertainment. Kalcium is open for Long Lunch and dinner during the weekend.
