KALCIUM
At KALCIUM, we serve our own definition of a "rustic fin dining".
The name "Kalcium" refers to the element (Ca), which is predominantly found in dairy products and is a natural part of our menu.
Our menu is built around Nordic, seasonal ingredients, with dairy products as our signature..
We offer two menu experiences: Enjoy our four-course menu in "The Dining Room" or our tasting menu at the kitchen’s "Chef’s Table".
Opening hours:
- Thursday to Saturday: 17:00 - 23:00
- Sunday: 12:00 - 17:00
We recommend booking in advance, as we rarely have the capacity to accommodate walk-in guests.
Table reservations for June–August open on April 20 at 09:00.
THE DINING ROOM
Located in an old dairy with a history dating back to 1902. With five-meter-high ceilings and preserved details such as lime-washed walls, tiles, and clinker flooring, rustic charm meets modern comfort.
Four-course menu: 600 SEK
Beverage pairing: 600 SEK
Non-alcoholic pairing: 225 SEK
On Sundays during the spring and autumn seasons, we serve our four-course menu as a "long lunch" in the dining room. Book a table between 12:00 and 13:30. The long lunch lasts approximately 2 hours. During the summer, we are only open in the evenings on Sundays.
Please note that we are unfortunately unable to accommodate requests for vegan options or menus without milk protein and eggs.
CHEF'S TABLE
Our Chef's Table is a cozy space separated from the dining room. It’s an extension of the restaurant with a view of the kitchen, designed to accommodate one or more groups with seating for up to eight guests.
Tasting menu: 1250 SEK
Large beverage pairing: 1000 SEK (includes champagne, vodka, and digestif)
Small beverage pairing: 600 SEK
Non-alcoholic pairing: 425 SEK

BOULE & BAR
Our boules courts and outdoor area are tucked away in Kalcium’s inner courtyard, surrounded by beautiful buildings and with a view of the apple and pear trees in the garden.
It costs nothing to use our boules courts and balls.
The courts are available when the restaurant is open.
Drinks and snacks are ordered and picked up at the bar.
We do not have a set schedule for the courts and encourage spontaneity. If you wish to book the boules courts for a larger group, feel free to contact us via email: restaurangkalcium@outlook.com
